In 1978, gathering for the first time in
Philippines, WHO (World Health Organization)
published the illnesses which can be treated by
acupuncture. Afterwards, I have participated as
an observer from Turkey to the WHO assembly (in
which further expounded and approved the
indication list) in 1994 held in Cervia, Italy.
In the light of the Scientific Control group
