<li>8 yemek kaşığı haşlanmış sebze (kabak, bezelye, havuç)</li>
<li>2 tatlı kaşığı zeytinyağı</li>
<li>1 yumurta sarısı</li>
<li>1 kahve fincanı su</li>

<p><strong>Light Gül Böreği Hazırlanışı</strong></p>
<p>2 tatlı kaşığı zeytinyağı ve su ekledikten sonra karıştırın. Yufkayı bu karışımda ıslattıktan sonra bohça şeklinde katlayarak 4 eşit parçaya bölün. Her bir parçanın içine önceden hazırladığınız haşlanmış sebzeyi eşit olarak paylaştırın. Yufkaları sigara böreği gibi gül şeklinde sarın ve tepsiye yerleştirin. Üzerlerine yumurta sarısı sürüp 180 derece fırında üzeri kızarana dek yaklaşık 30 dakika pişirin.</p>
